I started 'little rose' when my daughter Rose was born three years ago. My husband and I came to Australia four years ago and when our little girl was born I was still very attached to our home country The Netherlands. I started making clothing for Rose as I remembered them from home. Mixing bold colours, spotty fabrics and very bright floral designs together. I got great response and started making little girls clothing. I get a lot of my material and vintage ribbons from overseas and mix them with local fabrics. I make sure that my products are of good quality and make most designs my daughter’s size first so I can see how the garment holds during wearing and washing. The designs I create are unique as I only make a couple of each.
